Memoria Academy (MA) is an extension of Memoria Press and Highlands Latin School. It has provided high-quality instruction in Latin, logic, classical studies, and literature, as well as history and mathematics since 2006. In partnership with parents, it seeks to educate students to the highest standards of the classical tradition, so that they may grow in knowledge and wisdom. Its success is directly related to its teachers, many of whom are instructors at Highlands Latin School in Louisville, Kentucky. Along with the instructors, the solid, classical curriculum will guarantee that students receive breadth and depth in their studies. With flexible scheduling and live audio/video format, there are courses for just about anyone in grades 3-12.

Memoria Press (MP) is a family-run publishing company that produces classical Christian education materials for home and private schools. It was founded by Cheryl Lowe in 1994 and has developed a K-12 classical curriculum at Highlands Latin School in Louisville, Kentucky, where its award-winning programs are written and field-tested. MP exists to promote and impart the classical heritage of the Christian West. They do this through an emphasis on the liberal arts and the great works of the Western tradition. In order to achieve this goal, MP have produced a comprehensive and accessible classical Christian curriculum that encourages the development of wisdom and virtue through a pursuit of the Good, the True, and the Beautiful.

Highlands Latin School

Highlands Latin School (HLS) is a private classical Christian school with three campuses in and around Louisville, Kentucky, that was founded by Cheryl Lowe. The school’s goal is to provide students with a classical education of the highest quality and to create a private school which is a model of excellence in both academics and Christian character. In partnership with parents, and guided by the Gospel, HLS seeks to educate students to the highest standards of the classical tradition, so that they may grow in knowledge, wisdom, and the love of Our Lord, and more ably use their gifts in the service of others, and for the glory of Christ and his Church.
